Brainspotting Therapy

I work with people who are carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, or emotional pain. Many of the people I have seen are functioning on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or worn down on the inside. My focus includes post-traumatic stress, complex PTSD, generalized and social anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, dissociation, substance use, chronic stress-related physical symptoms, and major life transitions.

In sessions, my priority is to create a steady, supportive space where you can slow down and actually deal with what’s been sitting underneath the surface. I use Brainspotting as a focused, guided approach that helps you stay with difficult experiences long enough to process them; without forcing or rushing anything. It’s often helpful for people who’ve tried traditional talk therapy but still feel stuck. The goal is to work through what’s still bothering you so it doesn’t keep affecting your everyday life.
